- The item was purchased in the last 30 days.
- The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
- The item is not a final sale or personalized/custom-made product, which are non-returnable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been used or altered from their original condition.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Receive Authorization: Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions from our team.
- Package the Item: Place the item securely in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase and the RA number.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition or are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.
